Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask Review!

Hello Everyone! My name is Carrie and I own the website Kit Cat Tries That. Huda and I decided to do guest blog posts on each others blog. If you would like to check out her blog post, click that link above!

So today, I will be reviewing the Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask by INNISFREE.

Packaging:

Just like any other clay mask, it comes in a thick plastic jar. When you open it up it has a very secure safety seal. Which means you will be getting the freshest mask as possible! *This is the 200 ml jar*

Texture:

The texture of this mask is very thick and a little grainy. The small grains also helped exfoliate my skin!

Application:

From the site Memebox that I purchased this from the instructions are:

First, cleanse and tone your face to prep it for some major pore pampering. Then take an appropriate amount of the product and gently smooth evenly all over face, avoiding the lip and eye area. The mask will start to dry, and you will see some bumpy gunk start to lift from pores. That means impurities, sebum, and dirt are starting to flee from the volcanic elements (we don’t blame them!). After 15 minutes, rinse off with lukewarm water. Use this 1x per week.

What I enjoy about this mask is that its starts very thick and goopy but after 15 minutes it dries down to a powdery finish. Also the scent is not too overpowering, it has a very light (How can I say this..haha) muddy-soap scent.

Final Thoughts:

After rinsing of this mask, my skin felt so smooth and soft! It did not pull out a lot of my blackheads, but it’s a lot better than using a nose pore strip! And I can’t wait to use it again. One thing you do not want to do when wearing this is talk, if you talk then the mask will start cracking and powder starts flying everywhere!

I just want to say thank you to Huda again for wanting to do a guest post swap with me today. And I hope you enjoyed this post!
