Mini Beauty Haul!

Today i wanted to show you guys a few drugstore products i picked up a few weeks ago and give you my thoughts and opinions on them so let’s get into it 😀

This is everything i picked up:

• Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara
  

  

I had been wanting to try this mascara out for a while and i was pretty excited to see it in stock in boots so i decided to pick it up. I got it for 70 Dhs which in my opinion is way too expensive for a drugstore mascara and unfortunately i am not impressed with this product. Although i was impressed with the shape of the mascara wand, this mascara itself was way too clumpy for my liking. I don’t know what it is with Maybelline mascaras but they always seem too clumpy to me and this one was no different! Other than that it is a good long lasting mascara and the packaging is gorgeous.

• L’oreal Infallible Sculpt Contouring Palette in ‘Medium’

Okay so i was really excited about this one as i had been wanting get a cream contour for quite a while so i decided to give this one a try! I really liked this product as it was super creamy and blendable; however the contour shade was a bit too warm toned for my liking but i can work with that.

• Nyx Extra Creamy Round Lipstick in Cocoa

This was another product i was super excited about purchasing as i just love lip products so much! I instantly fell in love with this shade which is called ‘Cocoa’. I feel like these types of colors are my weakness and i can never have enough muaves in my collection haha! I definitely recommend this if you want a change from liquid lipsticks which let’s get real are not the most comfortable to wear. It’s creamy and feels super moisturizing on the lips and also has amazing pigmentation! I have been wearing this on top of my favorite liquid lipstick ‘lolita’ and i feel like they go so well together. You will have to reapply it during the day but i think that’s the case with most lip products these days. All in all i am really impressed with this and will surely be purchasing other shades in this collection.

• Revlon Single Eyeshadow

Okay so i’ll be honest, i partly got this eyeshadow because of cute it is! I don’t think you can tell from the picture but it’s super tiny and they had many different shades available and unfortunately i don’t remember what this shade is called but it’s a beautiful sheer cool toned purple-ish color (i’m bad at describing shades..) and i haven’t used it yet but i can tell it would make a beautiful lid color. I would have preferred it to be more pigmented but all in all i like it!
